Step 1: Choose a Room Type:
Standard Room
A well appointed guestroom located throughout the hotels.
Junior Suite
An oversized room with a sitting area and the comfort of a gracious standard bedroom.
Suite
A one bedroom suite consists of two rooms – a bedroom and a separate sitting room connected by a doorway. It does not include signature or special view suites.
Fairmont Gold (At select Fairmont Hotel and Resort locations)
A bedroom located on a concierge floor of select Fairmont Hotels & Resorts locations. The Fairmont Gold floor includes a private reception desk, private lounge, exclusive concierge staff as well as evening turndown service, complimentary morning breakfast and complimentary evening h’ordureves.

A certificate accepted at all Collection A, B and C locations for one night accommodation in a Standard category room (double occupancy) and breakfast for two the following morning. Includes taxes and gratuities for both room and breakfast.

Terms & Conditions
- Awards must be purchased as part of a bona fide incentive, motivation, recognition or promotion program, such as the following: sales incentive, dealer/distributor incentive, corporate gift program, customer promotion, employee recognition program or loyalty program. Awards may not be sold or bartered by you or by a travel agent or incentive company for business travel purposes. Award certificates may not be resold to the general public for individual purchase or contrary to the program as described on these Web pages. You may be required to prove these awards are for incentive or rewards programs.
- Allow 7 – 10 business days for awards to be processed.
- Minimum order of $1500.00.
- Ovation Rewards do not expire.
- Guests must present and submit their Ovation Rewards Certificate upon check-in.
- Ovation Rewards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Ovation Rewards may not be valid where restricted by law.
- Ovation Rewards are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of Ovation Rewards is the recipient’s responsibility.
- Ovation Rewards recipients will be asked to guarantee their reservation with a credit card and provide the Ovation Rewards certificate number at the time of reservation.
- Ovation Rewards are valid for one night stay in indicated room type, applicable room taxes, full breakfast for two in the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant and related taxes and gratuities only (excludes buffets and alcohol).
- Ovation Rewards are redeemable based upon last room available in the room category purchased (some exceptions may apply). Some restrictions may apply to special event dates. Ovation Rewards cannot be used to pay for any incidentals, such as parking, service charges, other taxes or other expenses. - Prices subject to change. Dropship, administration, freight and insurance charges apply to all orders and are included in the shipping amount charged. Due to the value of these certificates, we use a secured carrier such as Airborne, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
